Aditvo sells digital products that are delivered instantly. Because they can't be returned the way a physical item can, every product carries a clear refund window instead, stated on its own page and honoured exactly as written.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, the amount can take a few working days to appear.
If your download link or access code doesn't work, email us before asking for a refund. In most cases we can send the files across directly within a few hours.
Each of these handles your data under its own privacy policy. We only share what is needed to complete your purchase and support you afterwards.
Purchase records are kept as long as needed to provide support, handle refunds, and meet tax and accounting requirements. Uploaded documents are not kept longer than needed to produce your result.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
